At WellNail, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be unopened
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in resellable condition
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Return Shipping
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price only, minus:
- 20% restocking fee
- Original shipping charges
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Items returned after 30 days
- Final sale or promotional clearance items (if applicable)
